Shipping within France

Production Time: Our production time typically takes a maximum of 14 days.

Delivery Rates: Shipping within France is charged at 4,95€ via Colissimo.

Important Notes:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please double-check that your address is correct when placing an order and that someone is available to receive your parcel upon delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we are not liable for carrier delays.

All items are dispatched from France.

International Shipping

Europe: Shipping to Europe is charged at a flat rate starting from 14,25€.

Rest of the World: Shipping to countries outside Europe starts at 28,50€.

Complimentary Shipping: International orders over 300€ qualify for free shipping.

Additional Charges:

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to additional shipping charges, such as customs duties, tariffs, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

It is your responsibility to research and understand your country's customs policies and to anticipate any additional costs that may be added upon the parcel’s arrival.

Consumer Rights: As per the EU's Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the EU have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receiving their goods and may be eligible for a refund. However, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
General Conditions for Returns:

Eligibility: All returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition (including packaging and tags).

Return Request Deadline: Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Amarnam or the item is faulty or damaged.

Return Shipping Labels: We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

Return Timeline: Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the item was delivered.
Refunds:

Refund Process: Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.

Refund of Shipping Costs: If there was an error made by Amarnam (e.g., wrong item sent, faulty or damaged item), you will be reimbursed for both the original delivery and return shipping charges.

International Duties and Taxes: We do not refund any international duties, taxes, or customs fees. For more information on how to reclaim these fees, please contact your local customs bureau.
Important Notes:

Lost Return Packages: Amarnam is not responsible for return packages that are not received if a non-authorized shipping label is used.

Liability for Damaged Goods: We do not accept liability for any shipping loss or damage that occurs to returned goods.
EU Consumer Rights:

Right to Cancel: Under the EU's Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), customers in the European Union are entitled to cancel their orders and return goods within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there was a fault on our part.

Refunds for Canceled Orders: If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund the full price of the product and the original shipping costs. Return shipping costs, however, remain the customer’s responsibility.

Return Condition: Returned items must be received in their original condition for refunds to be processed. If the items are not returned in their original state, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage from the refund amount.
