SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping in France.

Our production time usually takes maximum 14days.
Delivery rates: 4,95€ by Colissimo.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders shipping to Europe are charged from 13,50€ shipping fee. Shipping to all other countries outside of the Europe are charged from 28,50€ shipping fee. Shipping is complimentary on all International orders over 300€.

All orders shipped outside of the EU are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties.

At checkout, you can choose to pay for duties and taxes at checkout or upon delivery. Select your shipping country and
learn more about your country's policies and an estimate of these additional charges.
If you have additional questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.
All items are dispacth from France.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Amarnam, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Amarnam is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
