SHIPPING POLICY

TEMPORARY SHIPPING UPDATE

Due to a recent change in European packaging and shipping regulation, I am currently reviewing and updating my delivery requirements for international destinations.

For this reason, an online order may temporarily be unavailable for delivery to your country.

I am taking this time to ensure that every shipment fully complies with the new regulation before reopening delivery to your destination.

I sincerely apologies for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Delivery to your destination will resume as soon as the necessary update is in place.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Amarnam, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

Amarnam is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
